Hi I am selling my 1980 Toyota Landcruiser BJ44, it is in great condition and had a refresh last year including 2 new fenders and a driver side door.I drove it last year from San Fransisco California to Dallas Texas, 2300 miles in 3 days so I can say that it is in great mechanical condition ; -). It has the very unique and rare factory LX interior with the single piece facing forward rear bench and the funky white/red upholstery with the brown OEM Toyota carpet, remember it was build in the eighties and color combinations where "different"back then.I own a small business specialized in Land Cruiser Diesel and hard to find parts and was using this BJ44 as my shop truck. When I did the refresh I did not spend to much time on the hardtop and the rear amby doors because they needed some attention but my plan was to put a soft top on it and restore these parts when I had the time to do a proper job since this OEM hardtop is rarer then hens teeth. And then on a later stage I wanted to install a new tub from Teseven and convert it to lhd , these MWB Cruisers are hard to find and the JDM and some European spec are the most valuable since they where build using the newest parts available unlike the Latin American ones you see that have drive trains that where no longer used for over a decade in first world markets. This one has the 2B 4 cylinder diesel with only 125K miles on it so it is barely driven in.It has also the H41 4 speed transmission with the lower gearing for better offroad capabilities or when pulling a trailer. It also is equipped with front disc brakes and I will give it a full maintenance before I sell it to the new owner. It cruises perfect down the highway around 65 MPH giving 20+ mpg' s in return.
